What this policy covers
This Cookie Policy explains how Sincerely George ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on sincerelygeorge.com and related pages.
We use cookies to remember your privacy choices, and—only if you consent—for analytics (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, when configured) and marketing measurement (Meta Pixel, when configured). We do not sell your data to data brokers.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help sites remember preferences, session state, or how you navigate pages. We also use similar technologies such as pixels and tags embedded in pages or third-party iframes.
Cookies we set
1. Strictly necessary (always on)
Cookie: sg_cookie_consent
Stores your cookie consent choices (analytics and marketing on or off) so we do not ask on every visit. Valid for up to one year. You can change choices anytime via in the site footer.
2. Analytics (optional)
Loaded only if you accept analytics cookies and we have configured measurement IDs.
Google Analytics — pages viewed, time on site, device and browser type, general location (city/country), referral source. Cookies may include _ga, _ga_[ID], _gid. Google Privacy Policy. Opt out: Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Microsoft Clarity — session recordings and heatmaps (mouse movement, clicks, scrolls; not passwords or payment fields). Cookies may include _clck, _clsk, MUID. Microsoft Privacy Statement. Opt out: Clarity opt-out.
3. Marketing (optional)
If we enable Meta Pixel, it loads only when you accept marketing cookies. It may set cookies such as _fbp and fr to measure ad performance. Meta Privacy Policy. Control ads in Facebook Ad Preferences.
Third-party embeds
Some pages include embedded content that may set its own cookies when you interact with them, regardless of our analytics consent:
- YouTube — video replays and demos may use YouTube cookies. See Google's privacy policy.
- Cal.com — booking iframes for clarity sessions and build sessions. See Cal.com privacy.
- Stripe — payment links may use Stripe cookies during checkout. See Stripe privacy.
Form and email data
Information you submit through forms is processed via our email provider (Brevo) and database (Supabase). That processing is described in our Privacy Policy and is separate from optional analytics cookies.
Your cookie consent
When you first visit, a banner at the bottom of the page lets you:
- Accept all — analytics and marketing cookies (when those tools are enabled on our site)
- Customize — open preferences to turn analytics and marketing on or off individually, then save
You can reopen preferences anytime via in the footer.
Retention
- Consent cookie — up to 12 months, or until you clear cookies or change preferences
- Google Analytics — typically up to 14 months of inactivity per Google's settings
- Microsoft Clarity — per Microsoft's default retention (often up to 30 days for raw session data)
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete, or object to processing.
GDPR (EU/UK/EEA): access, deletion, portability, withdraw consent.
CCPA (California): know what is collected, delete, opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information).
LFPDPPP (Mexico): access, rectify, cancel, or object to processing.

Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may be noted on the site.
